Spring
Fire is a weekend long, hotel based convention. Your registration
fees include all our classes, workshops, special events, parties
and access to the playspaces. Registration does NOT include accomodations
or food. The convention will open Friday afternoon and run through
Monday morning. There is an optional banquet on Saturday evening
with gourmet food, lively conversation and a great burlesque show
which usually sells out each year, we hope you'll consider joining
us for dinner.

Rooms
In order
to ensure everyone's privacy all host hotel accommodations must
be placed through Dark Odyssey. For detailed information please
visit our Hotel page. When you register
online, you will be asked if you would like to book a hotel room.
Our Hotel director will then contact you by email to get your
room reservation squared away.

registration rates are per person.
- Cancellations
are subject to a $35 handling fee per registrant.
- Last
day to cancel registration and receive a refund is Mar 15, 2005.
- Hotel
room rates are per room per night and will be billed directly
by the hotel.
- Hotel
Room Rates allow up to two people per room. The hotel charges
an additional $10 or $20/night if more than 2 people will be
sleeping in the room. (That's $10 or $20/night ... not per person)
