Tristan Taormino

Tristan Taormino is the author of three books: True Lust: Adventures in Sex, Porn and Perversion; Down and Dirty Sex Secrets; and The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women. She is director, producer and star of the award-winning videos Tristan Taormino’s Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women 1 and 2, distributed by Evil Angel Video. She is the sex columnist for The Village Voice, and also writes columns for Taboo and On Our Backs Magazines. She has been featured in over 200 publications from The New York Times and Redbook to Men’s Health and Playboy. She has appeared on over three dozen radio shows, HBO's Real Sex, NBC’s The Other Half, The Howard Stern Show, Loveline, Ricki Lake, MTV, Oxygen, Fox News, and The Discovery Channel. Greg L

Proving he was a smart-ass masochist since birth, Greg held off breathing in order to get a few extra swats from the doctor. Later in life he founded the Toy Bag where he perfected the art of building exotic wood and leather paddles for basically the same purpose. Recently, the Toy Bag merged with Heartwood Whips, makers of the proverbial Cadillac of Floggers in the BDSM scene.

Greg has served the BDSM community for over a decade. As a 6 year Board Member of Black Rose (with 3 as Chairman), he helped manage the group through its largest growth period and climb to international prominence. His true love however, lies in "throwing the big party". Greg has been the Co-chair of the Black Rose Annual event 5 of the 8 times its been held.

Of all the events, Greg particularly loves the retreat format. He is a founding partner of Leather Retreat, an event which hosts 400 kinky folks each spring for the past 9 years. Unsatisfied with only being able to spend one week per year at camp, in 2003 he partnered with Tristan to create Dark Odyssey!
