Sensual Movement and Dance for Trance

Learn about uses of sensual movement and dance for trance! NO DANCING REQUIRED. Dance along during the sensual moment portion of the class if you like, or just hang out and watch the demos! Choose your own adventure for this fun and sexy class! We’ll talk about how to make movement more sensual, and how sensual movement can be used for trance/hypnokink on both sides of the slash. Class will be accessible for all levels of movement ability. If you would like to dance along, having a stable chair/stool and comfy clothes will be helpful but are not required.
