Not-So-Safewords: Adventures in consent and negotiation

The old idea that tops are always the only people responsible if a scene goes wrong is dissipating within the Scene. This workshop is geared towards bottoms, and begins with the proposition that they are always the person in the best position to protect themselves. From there, we will discuss the communication, negotiation, and self-awareness skills bottoms need in order to maximize their ability to keep themselves safe. Although this workshop is bottom-focused, tops are extremely welcome.
