Grief Circle

A grief circle is a safe space to creatively and compassionately acknowledge the challenges of grieving. In this space, we welcome you to bring art, poetry, letters, or music to express your grief and share in the support of friends. There is healing in sharing, but there is also healing in witnessing. Share as much or as little as you'd like. Reccommended items: A pillow or mat for sitting, a comfort item, and journal/piece of paper and pen for writing.
