Floorwerk and Flow

Lets get sexy and sassy! Learn a variety of sexy floorwork skills and techniques. Class will cover body rolls, fankicks, leg clockwork, shoulder rolls and more. Class will include a warm up, review of skills, and then a choreographed floorwerk flow. Floorwork class will take place on mats. Recommend to wear socks and/or knee coverings such as legwarmers, tall socks or kneepads. Bring water; dress as sexy as you like. Heels optional for group finale (no heels on mats)
