Floorwerk and Flow
Lets get sexy and sassy! Learn a variety of sexy floorwork skills and techniques. Class will cover body rolls, fankicks, leg clockwork, shoulder rolls and more. Class will include a warm up, review of skills, and then a choreographed floorwerk flow. Heels optional, students encouraged to wear something that covers the knees/feet and to bring a mat.
