Compression: "The Art of the Squeeze"
Compression - the reduction in volume (causing an increase in pressure) comes from the Latin words “comprimere” or “compressare” meaning to press together. This class is all about intimate squeezing and how a good squeeze can turn your play into something much more delicious! PLEASE NOTE: This class works best with class participation and is touch forward (within reason and with the consent of other attendees).
