Madonna Rosa

Madonna Rosa is a polyamorous, switchy Queen & political/spiritual seductress. She spent the first half of her career as a disability attorney, mediator & nonprofit advocate serving some of the most vulnerable communities in Colorado. With lived experience as a survivor, Madonna Rosa uses authenticity to transform human suffering into meaningful social change. She's been teaching leadership & diversity programs since 1997. In 2013 as she helped survivors in the scene navigate a serial predator she developed her Distinguishing Abuse framework for kinksters & professionals to better identify when abuse is disguised as BDSM. As a heart-centered leadership coach she serves on boards for basic income & food justice with a focus on supporting social enterprises for trauma-informed policies.
