SUMMER CAMP 2024 – REGISTRATION OPENS LATE JUNE!

We mostly work on one event at a time.  Currently we are focussed on Fusion but Summer Camp is on the way.  We will be updating this site soon with all our presenters, special events and this year’s theme.  Fear not, Summer Camp will happen!  Registration will open in late June.  Pricing Info!

Updated Covid Protocols

Mandatory

  • Rapid Antigen (Home Kit) Testing at Registration
  • Daily Rapid Antigen Testing (Bring Enough Home Kits for Every Day)
  • Masking at Registration until negative test results are received

Highly Recommended

  • Fully Vaccinated and Boosted for Covid 19 (Stickers avail for badge)

Optional

  • N95 or Surgical Masking
  • Animal Ear Headbands

Refund/Credit Policy

  • Prorated Credit of unused portion of event for registrants who test positive for Covid-19 within 1 week of their event arrival date or during the event. Must provide 3rd party lab based Covid-19 test results. Credit is Non-Transferable and valid for use at any DO event for 1 year.
  • Change of Terms Cancellation Period – Full Refunds will be provided to any registrant choosing to cancel because of the change in Covid Policy during a one week window. Notification will be sent to all registered attendees.
