What do you get when you put two sadomasochistic rope switches in a room? Some of the best worst ideas of your life! This class is a journey into the world of partial suspension, where we play with and subvert expectations, but like, in a hot way. We’ll explore how this can be just as torturous and challenging as full suspension, if not more so. Attendees will walk away with inventive new ideas for scenes, improved upline management skills, and the awareness of how ungrounded one can be made to feel while never fully leaving the ground. Intermediate+ level, Auditors welcome. Appropriate for self-tiers, tying pairs, and groups! PRE-REQS: Suspension experience & solid up line management, Suspendible chest and/or lower body harness, Negotiation skills, Basic anatomy of nerves and pressure points, Body awareness and Excellent communication skills BRING: Full rope kit, carabiners, cutters, and preferred suspension equipment, straps, etc.
