Diamond Strappado: Armbinders for All Bodies

This very versatile harness can be used for floor work or suspension and is adaptable for all bodies with arms. I’ve used this harness on many people who did not think they could handle a strappado tie. Not even necessary for the hands to cross behind the back. Can be harness-based class but can also include a basic suspension. Prerequisites are ability to tie a single column and experience with hojo cuffs and basic chest harnesses
