Colten

Colten is a service-oriented boy owned and operated for the past seven years by Tristan. He loves taking pictures, dog agility, taking things apart, spending quality time with friends and plotting with other boys and girls. He organizes his Owner’s events and travel schedule, runs their website PuckerUp.com, works as Production Manager on Smart Ass Productions porn shoots, and generally takes care of all Her needs. He has assisted Her during workshops and events all over the world. Colten identifies as a gender queer FTM.

Greg L

At birth, Greg held off breathing just long enough to get a few extra swats from the doctor. Later in life, he founded the Toy Bag where he perfected the art of building exotic wood and leather paddles for basically the same purpose. Recently, the Toy Bag merged with Heartwood Whips, makers of the proverbial “Cadillac of Floggers” in the BDSM scene.

Greg has served the BDSM community for over a decade. As a six-year Board Member of Black Rose (with three as Chairman), he helped manage the group through its largest growth period and climb to international prominence. His true love lies in “throwing the big party.” Greg Co-Chaired the Black Rose Annual event five times. He is a founding partner in both Leather Retreat and Odyssey Events which together hold 3 large conventions each year.

Karri

Karri, co-producer, registration diva and benevolent volunteer-dictator, has been involved in Dark Odyssey since its beginning. A permanent fixture at Leather Retreat, she brings a special brand of tough love to the event to ensure all its attendees have a good time. She is the driving force behind making sure people do their chores, clean their cabins and play with their vegetables. When not in the midst of staff duties, she can be found enjoying libations, instigating fun times, and promoting good spirits in all those around her.

Always on the look-out for distractions, activities also include finding a lucky soul (or several) to take-out her aggressions on, teasing a number of worthy attendees, and crafting nefariously, wicked shenanigans involving the sensitive parts of her husband, Greg.

She was this year's registration coordinator for International Ms. Leather. Before moving to CA, she was active in Black Rose as a SIG coordinator, TNG member, and staffer of the annual event.

Tristan Taormino

Tristan Taormino is the author of four books: Opening Up: A Guide to Creating and Sustaining Open Relationships, True Lust: Adventures in Sex, Porn and Perversion; Down and Dirty Sex Secrets; and The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women. She runs her own adult film production company, Smart Ass Productions, and is currently an exclusive director for Vivid Entertainment. She directs two series for Vivid: a reality series called Chemistry, and the Expert Guide sex education line which has released 5 titles since April 2007. She is the sex columnist for The Village Voice, and also writes columns for Taboo Magazine. She has been featured in over 200 publications from The New York Times and Redbook to Men’s Health and Playboy. She teaches sexuality, BDSM, and relationship workshops at colleges and universities, sex and leather conferences, and other places around the country, including: The Learning Annex, Good Vibrations, Babeland, Stormy Leather, Erotic University, The Wet Spot, Come As You Are, Intimacies, Mr. S Leather, Early 2 Bed, and It’s My Pleasure; South Plains Leather Fest, Living in Leather, International Ms. Leather, Kinkfest, TES, Leather Retreat, National Leather Association/Columbus, Harvard, Yale, Brown, Columbia, Smith, Vassar, Colby, Rutgers, Wesleyan and NYU.
