Lief’s Hug Harness: A Hands in Front Harness

“Hug Harness 2.0” with Lief Bound & Icky - Do you need an alternative to a box tie that may be more sustainable? Lief & Icky have developed a load bearing, suspendable arms in front chest harness that is useful for those who want the structure of a box tie but have chronic shoulder or wrist issues with arms behind positioning. This harness can be loaded from the front, back, or side and will be taught with adaptations to fit multiple body types. In this class we will provide step by step instruction on how to tie this harness as well as review improvements made to the harness since it was first taught in 2020. Then we will have the option to test it out in the air and receive hands-on feedback. This harness is perfect for someone who wants to expand their repertoire or needs an alternative to a more traditional harness. At the end of this class you will have a new skill in your pocket to take with you on your rope journey!
