Inversion Interface
Whether you're working toward your very first inversion or refining advanced transitions, this all-levels class explores what actually happens to the body when we invert. Open to tops, bottoms, and self-tiers, we'll cover the physiology and anatomy of inversions, how gravity changes circulation and body awareness, the role of the inner ear in balance and orientation, and why some people feel immediately at home upside down while others need time to adapt. We'll also discuss proprioception, common physical and psychological responses to inversion, and practical ways to build confidence before ever leaving the ground. You'll leave with a toolbox of conditioning exercises, drills, and training methods you can practice outside of rope to improve comfort, control, and confidence during suspension. Prerequisites: Tops and bottoms must have previous suspension experience. This class will challenge bottoms' bodies, so tops should have solid harness construction and upline management.
