Flexibility Training for Kink

Do you admire photos of bondage bottoms in extreme positions, or simply want to feel more comfortable and confident in common bondage poses? This class will draw upon Russian circus-style flexibility training and contortion basics to provide ways to safely stretch backs, hips, shoulders, and legs before a play session and for cross-training to increase your overall flexibility over time. This class will include: A Russian circus-style warm-up that can also be used as a quick full-body warm-up prior to play or other physical activities; General principles for increasing your range of motion; Tips for preventing injuries during flexibility training; Exercises to increase the range of motion in your back, hips, shoulders, and legs; Active flexibility strategies for bottoming in hogties, backbends, hip-opening poses, and box ties.
