Not just for the bottom but the top too! In this class we will teach how to safely use coconut rope to avoid injury and try out some fun ways to apply it to your rope scene. The scratchiest rope out there is coming to a classroom near you! So why wait?! Try coconut rope today! Please bring your own to class if you have it, as supplies are limited! This is a hands-on floor and partial suspension class for beginner-to-intermediate levels. No pre-requisites are required. Please bring your own coconut rope if you can, as well as a cutting tool. If you do not have a cutting tool, you will not be able to participate in the exercises.
