Marcia Baczynski's Workshops

“Fuck Yes!”: Asking for What You Want in the Bedroom

In this workshop, we unravel and discuss the murky & mysterious issues around desire, intimacy & communication, including:

Why we don't ask & what we do instead
Desire smuggling (what it is & why it matters)
Why "Is this okay?" is NOT the question to ask
Why "Do you want to ___?" is only a small part of asking
What to do when you don't know how to describe what you want

Using real-world examples, you will learn immediately-useful tools to help you find your way to easier asking & hotter sex.

Consent in the Wild

Consent is a much-needed hot topic right now. As sex-positive people, we are on the cutting edge of undoing the legacy of entitlement in the sexual realm and building a new consent culture. The gap between the mainstream and sex-positive consent culture is wide, and it can seem impossible to close without feeling clumsy, overly formal or even legalistic.

In this workshop, we’ll dive in deep to what consent means in the bedroom, then bring it back to the real world, exploring how to do consent “in the wild” – making it fun, flirtatious and even HOT.

We’ll get practical about:

How to make consent communication actually steamy & sexy
What it means to consent to something you haven’t tried yet or don’t know much about
What to do you do when you or your partner isn’t good at saying no
How to incorporate space to change your mind
How to do consent with partners who aren’t talkers

You’ll leave with new ideas for consent-based flirting, sensual exchange and bedroom play that are fun, sexy and desire-oriented.

Get Your Flirt On

Flirting is an opportunity to be playful with other adults. But new people and situations can get you into your head, and it’s not always obvious whether flirting is wanted or welcomed. So how do you shake off your everyday constraints and get into your sexy space? Can you still flirt if you're feeling awkward? How do you know when someone is flirting with you? Can women flirt with men? What about same-sex flirting? And how can you let your interest be known in a fun, welcomed way?

Join Marcia Baczynski - master of the arts of asking for what you want and dedicated flirt - as she shares her humor, wisdom, and creativity in how to navigate the world of flirting.

In this lighthearted class, we'll talk about what flirting is — and isn’t! — and play a bunch of fun games to find your inner flirt, access your curiosity, initiate intimacy and embrace your playfulness with others.

Kinky Truth or Dare for Adults

Dare to explore with this sophisticated take on the classic game of Truth or Dare. After a brief discussion of what makes for great truths and even greater dares, we’ll collaboratively create a Truth or Dare game that mixes tops and bottoms, cuddle sluts and kinksters, voyeurs and exhibitionists, and create an electrifying atmosphere of anticipation and excitement. With each draw of a card, you'll find yourself faced with a choice between revealing your hidden truths or embracing thrilling dares that push the boundaries of conventional fun. This is more than just a game – it's an opportunity to meet new friends, to build trust through vulnerability, and to create memories that will leave you grinning with delight.
