Lower-Leg Harness for Dynamic Suspensions

This hands-on class teaches a lower-leg harness designed as an alternative to a single-column ankle tie and which distributes pressure across the the calf instead of focusing pressure just at the ankle. This class includes the specific three-point, self-leveling suspension attachment method for this harness. The suspended person can shift and adjust into more comfortable/sustainable positions, and move dynamically through different suspension positions without untying. Effective for self-suspension & partner suspension.
