Ranell identifies as a dominant, slave, leather dyke, and mystic. She is a Board Member of the San Francisco Dykes On Bikes Women’s Motorcycle Contingent and an Associate Producer of the Ms. San Francisco Leather Contest. Her previous roles have included Logistics chair for Leather Levi Weekend, Venus’ Playground Committee Member, Board Member for the Alameda County Leather Corps, Team Lead for North West Leather Celebration, and Sound Engineer for International Ms Leather. Balancing monastic leanings with a polyamorous lifestyle, Ranell has found deep connections to those spirits who have touched hers.

Ritual Whipping Ceremony: Letting in, Letting Out
We will begin with Ms WillowKat dancing with her whip, opening the circle. Then, supplicants will join the dance, receiving the kiss of the whip. All present will serve as witness, and will have the opportunity to take on other roles. Come drum, dance, cry, sing – whatever moves you. As called, you may also have the opportunity to receive intentional whipping. Acolytes will be available to assist with preparation and aftercare as needed.
