Kinkerbelle has been a fixture at Dark Odyssey events for years now, sharing her cheery spirit and culinary expertise in the InFusion Cafe during the Fusion and Summer Camp when not demo bottoming for classes. In addition to Dark Odyssey events, she has demo bottomed for Bound in Boston, KinkyCon, Krakens Lair, and the Fetish Fair Fleamarket. Her favorite demo subjects include: rope, wax, and impact. But, demo bottoming only served to ignite and stoke a passionate fire for education and learning, which led her to begin developing classes and branching out into presenting. Her subjects range from touch and intention to connection and communication. She hopes to fill a needed gap in kink education, that is, classes taught from a bottom’s perspective that can benefit the bottom and top, and enrich the experience for both. When not teaching, Kinkerbelle is an avid rope performer, most recently having performed at Folsom for Twisted Windows.

Bottoming Building Blocks

It’s all in the title. Bottoming is a multifaceted experience that involves more than just physical fitness. This class is a crash course in some the important things many bottoms have had to learn the hard way that are now some of their most valuable skills. Growth is not linear and there are multiple things that factor into the process that can either hinder or help. Learn how to cultivate a circle of play partners that set you up for success as well as some tips, tools, and helpful tricks like communication, self advocacy, and how to handle things when they go wrong.

Conscious-Minded Service

Service, whether it is preparing a cigar, blacking a pair boots, or simply pouring someone a cup of tea, it is something we love to give and receive. But what happens when we forget to check in with ourselves and how can we stop ourselves from burning out? How to create a service manual and resume as well as how to remain conscious of our gifts and limitations will be discussed. This is a class centered around creating a sense of awareness in our service and ourselves when we service our partners.

Touch and Intention

Touch is one of the main ways we communicate in our daily interactions and it is especially important in our play. With touch, you can convey both simple and complex messages. You can make someone feel warm and fuzzy, scared out of their minds, or confused. In this class, we will break down the many aspects of this powerful tool and the various ways you can use it. Through discussion and practice we will explore the who, what, when, where, why, and how of touch in play. Have no fear if you are attending solo, but there will be guided practice so please consider bringing a partner as well as a few pieces of rope. This is not a class about any particular tie and there will be no suspension involved.
